Product leaders are the core of company success, therefore, LPC takes the mission to foster your leadership and influence skills and equip you with knowledge and tools to excel that.

Over a span of 5 day, you’ll discover the most up-to-date techniques and methods in product leadership and contemporary principles of leadership tailored specifically for product leaders and manager. You’ll start this journey with LPC by diving deep into the foundation of product leadership and influence through discussing leadership styles, influence factors, and behavior change model. Moving forward, you’ll learn how to build your motived product team and engage your stakeholders in product discovery and delivery. Then, you’ll explore techniques to set goals that align with stakeholders, and make effective decisions utilizing decision rules. After that, you’ll learn how to become an active listener and use that skill to understand people and provide effective feedback. Last but not least, you’ll explore conflicts within workplace and learn strategies to resolve them, as well as how to improve your negotiation skill to resolve those conflicts and influencing others.
